Уважаемые читатели и авторы нашего журнала
в ответ на вопросы, поступающие в редакцию Академического вестника, мы решили обозначить для вас положение нашего издания среди других научных журналов.
Мы делаем это максимально подробно на основании последних данных из актуальных документов: Перечня рецензируемых научных изданий, распределения их по категориям ВАК и Приказа № 337 Министерства науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации.
— В «Перечне рецензируемых научных изданий, в которых должны быть опубликованы основные научные результаты диссертаций на соискание ученой степени кандидата наук, на соискание ученой степени доктора наук (по состоянию на 16.12.2025 г.)» за нашим журналом закреплены следующие специальности (см. 212 позиция в алфавитном перечне):
2.1.1. Строительные конструкции, здания и сооружения (технические науки); 2.1.2. Основания и фундаменты, подземные сооружения (технические науки); 2.1.11. Теория и история архитектуры, реставрация и реконструкция историко-архитектурного наследия (архитектура); 2.1.12. Архитектура зданий и сооружений. Творческие концепции архитектурной деятельности (архитектура); 2.1.13. Градостроительство, планировка сельских населенных пунктов (архитектура).
Мы по-прежнему принимаем статьи по специальности: 5.10. Искусствоведение и культурология: 5.10.3. Виды искусства (Техническая эстетика и дизайн, изобразительное и декоративно-прикладное искусство), а также тексты, которые относятся к сфере междисциплинарных исследований.
Перед принятием решения о размещении текстов в этих разделах журнала, редакция рекомендует проконсультироваться с вашими научными и диссертационными советами и научными руководителями о целесообразности этого шага. Эта публикация зачтется вам в общем списке, но не при принятии диссертации в совет по защитам.
— Согласно документу от 1 марта 2024 года: «Распределение журналов Перечня рецензируемых научных изданий по категориям К1, К2, К3», нашему журналу присвоена категория К2 (см. 844 позиция в алфавитном перечне). Это означает, что Академический вестник — издание со стабильными метриками и подходит для статей, которые являются подготовкой к кандидатской диссертации.
— Во исполнение Приказа № 337 Министерства науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации от 11 апреля 2025 года (см. http://publication.pravo.gov.ru/document/0001202505120037?index=3)) наш журнал прошел регистрацию в РЦНИ (Российском центре научной информации) и в настоящий момент состоит в трех базах научного цитирования: РИНЦ, РЦНИ и РНЖ.
— В 2026 году редакция заявляется на включение нашего журнала в ЕГПНИ (Единый государственный перечень научных изданий).
Редакция выражает надежду на то, что этот обзор поможет вам принять взвешенное решение о размещении своих статей в нашем журнале.

Dear readers and authors of our journal,
In response to questions received by the editorial board of the Academic Bulletin, we have decided to outline our publication’s position among other scientific journals.
We are doing this in as much detail as possible, based on the latest data from relevant documents: the List of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publications, their distribution by categories of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC), and Order No. 337 of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
— In the «List of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publications in Which the Main Scientific Results of Dissertations for the Degree of Candidate of Sciences and for the Degree of Doctor of Sciences Must Be Published (as of December 16, 2025),» our journal is assigned the following specialties (see position 212 in the alphabetical list):
2.1.1. Building Structures, Buildings, and Facilities (Engineering foundation);
2.1.2. Foundations and Underground Structures (Engineering Sciences);
2.1.11. Theory and History of Architecture, Restoration and Reconstruction of Historical and Architectural Heritage (architecture);
2.1.12. Architecture of Buildings and Structures. Creative Concepts of Architectural Activity (architecture);
2.1.13. Urban Planning, Rural Settlement Planning (architecture).
We continue to accept articles in the following specializations:
5.10. Art History and Cultural Studies;
5.10.3. Art Forms (Technical Aesthetics and Design, Fine and Decorative Arts), as well as texts related to interdisciplinary research.
Before deciding to publish texts on this topic in the Academic Bulletin, the editors recommend consulting with your academic and dissertation councils and supervisors about the feasibility of this step. In the Russian Federation, this publication will be counted in the general list, but will not be accepted by the dissertation defense council.
— According to the document dated March 1, 2024: «Distribution of Journals in the List of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Publications by Categories K1, K2, and K3,» our journal has been assigned category K2 (see position 844 in the alphabetical list). This means that the Academic Bulletin is a publication with stable metrics and is suitable for articles that are preparatory to a candidate’s dissertation.
— In pursuance of Order No. 337 of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated April 11, 2025 (see http://publication.pravo.gov.ru/document/0001202505120037?index=3), our journal has been registered with the Russian Center for Scientific Information (RCSI) and is currently included in three scientific citation databases: RSCI, RCSI, and RCJ.
— In 2026 the editorial board plans to submit an application for inclusion of our journal in the Unified State List of Scientific Publications (USLSP).
