The peer-reviewed scientific journal «Academic Bulletin of UralNIIproekt RAASN» is registered in the field of communications, information technology, and mass media as a periodical online publication, periodical online publication numbering since 2008.

«Academic Bulletin of UralNIIproekt RAASN» is included in the List of leading peer-reviewed publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation for the publication of scientific results of candidate and doctoral dissertations, which is annually reviewed and approved by the Higher Attestation Commission of Russia.

The journal is included in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) system on the eLIBRARY.ru platform (agreement 194-06/2020).

The journal and each article, starting with issue #34 (3|2017), are assigned a digital object identifier (DOI).

Based on paragraphs 10 and 13 of the «Requirements for peer-reviewed scientific publications for inclusion in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of candidate of science, for the degree of doctor of science must be published» (Order No. 534 of May 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation «On approval of the rules for forming the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of candidate of science, for the degree of doctor of science must be published, and the requirements for peer-reviewed scientific publications for inclusion in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of candidate of science, for the degree of doctor of science must be published»), keywords and annotations and information about the authors for each scientific article are presented in Russian and English.

Materials published between 2008 and April 2022 are stored in the journal’s editorial office. In accordance with the Federal Law «On Mandatory Copy of Documents» dated December 29, 1994, No. 77-FZ, printed issues of the journal were regularly delivered to the Russian Book Chamber.

In accordance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, articles submitted to the journal’s editorial office are peer-reviewed.
